    Chicken Tenders Medium-High 3-5 Minutes Per Side
    Make sure to oil a skillet with olive oil or butter, and heat it up a bit before adding the chicken (to prevent burning the chicken tenders).
    Make sure to cut into the chicken before removing from the heat to ensure that the meat is no longer pink.

    With all due respect, I disagree with these cooking instructions 100%. Pan frying chicken tenders over medium-high heat for three to (gasp!) five minutes per side will leave one picking overcooked chicken out of their teeth for hours. I would go so far to say that five minutes per side will render them inedible. Here's how it's done- 1/4 inch of oil in a pan preheated to medium-high heat. 2 1/2 minutes per side. Always perfect and fully cooked. This WILL work for you unless you happen to have tenders from chickenzilla or have a meat cooking phobia.
