  1. How Long to Cook Roasted Red Potatoes

    This cook time is for 2 lbs. of red potatoes, unpeeled and cubed.

    Preheat the oven to 450°F with the rack in the lower third of the oven. Add the potatoes to an oiled baking sheet. Roast the potatoes for 20 minutes; toss. Cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until cooked through, brown, and crisp.
