1. How Long to Cook Tuna Steaks on the Grill

   Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Coat the grill with oil or a non-stick grilling spray. Grill the tuna, covered, for 3 minutes on each side (for medium-rare steaks). Remove from the grill and tent with foil; allow to rest for 3 minutes.
