1. How Long to Grill Zucchini 

   Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill with oil or spray with a non-stick grilling spray. Grill the zucchini, covered, on one side until grill marks appear (approximately 2 minutes). Flip the zucchini and grill for an additional 1-2 minutes.
