  • I usually cook boneless pork chops at 400F for about 20 minutes. It really depends on the thickness of the chop. I know a few people that cook their pork chops at 350F for 30-45 minutes. I haven't had my pork chops dry out at the higher temperature. In fact, if you followed the Shake n' Bake recipe, you'd be cooking them at a higher temp! As long as the pork registers 140F with a meat thermometer, you'll be fine! You might also want to try cooking them on the stove top in apple cider vinegar or in olive oil.
